El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo explicar las hormonas sobre las diferentes funciones del sistema nervioso central, también hacemos énfasis en la importancia de la integración neurohormonal para el correcto funcionamiento del organismo y las diferentes enfermedades y lesiones que causan las alteraciones del sistema nervioso para el cerebro. Se hace referencia a la relación entre el sistema neuroendocrino y el sistema inmune lo cual nos permite conocer las hormonas sintetizadas en las células gliales del cerebro y como estas regulan su función y su supervivencia neuronal.

SummaryThe objective of this work is to explain the hormones on the different functions of the central nervous system, we also emphasize the importance of neurohormonal integration for the correct functioning of the organism and the different diseases and injuries that cause alterations of the nervous system for the brain. Reference is made to the relationship between the neuroendocrine system and the immune system, which allows us to know the hormones synthesized in the glial cells of the brain and how they regulate their function and neuronal survival.
